Refund Policy — Gwanda Pirates FC
Gwanda Pirates Football Club
1. General Policy (Non-Refundable Tickets)
All match tickets, car passes, and event access passes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except in limited circumstances outlined in this policy.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
2. Club-Authorised Refunds Only
Refunds will only be issued at the sole discretion of Gwanda Pirates FC in the following circumstances:
- The match or event is officially cancelled by the club
- The club formally announces a refund decision
- The club is unable to reschedule the match or event
If the club decides to issue refunds, they will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Include:
- Order reference
- Payment details
- Date of purchase
3. Match Cancellation & Ticket Transfer (Carry-Over Policy)
If a match is cancelled or postponed, tickets will NOT automatically be refunded.
Instead:
- All valid purchased tickets will be automatically transferred to the next rescheduled match or approved fixture
- The club reserves the right to determine the replacement match
- No additional payment will be required for transferred tickets
- Ticket holders must retain their original ticket or QR code for entry
Refunds will only be considered if the club officially announces a refund instead of a transfer.
4. No Refund Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:
- Failure to attend the match (No-show)
- Change of mind
- Late arrival after gates close
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets
- Refusal of entry due to violation of stadium rules
- Removal from stadium for misconduct, intoxication, or security reasons
- Weather conditions unless the match is officially cancelled by the club
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Transport or travel issues
- Purchase error by the buyer
5. Stadium & Match Conditions
All ticket holders must comply with:
- Stadium rules and security requirements
- Ticket validity conditions
- Club entry regulations
Failure to comply may result in denied entry without refund.
6. Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse
The club reserves the right to:
- Reject fraudulent refund claims
- Block accounts abusing refund requests
- Take action against unauthorized chargebacks
- Suspend or revoke tickets obtained unlawfully
7. Legal Compliance
This policy is governed by:
- Laws of Zimbabwe
- Consumer protection principles
- Electronic transactions & digital ticketing standards
Nothing in this policy removes rights provided under applicable law. However, by purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy.
